Buenos días Dear Readers,
Even if you’ve never been to Spain, you’ve probably heard of La Sagrada Familia, Anton Gaudí’s famous Basilica and most well-known work. Today’s blog post will be a little bit of a deep dive into the world of Gaudí and his work, and the many ways in which students got to experience his legacy.
A visit to Barcelona wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the world famous cathedral, La Sagrada Familia!

Spanish Language & Culture seminar students spent even more time with Gaudí on their visit to Casa Batlló. The group investigated how the inside of the building compared to its façade, and how it differed from their initial impressions.
Here we also have our Spanish students Spanish Language & Culture class at the entrance to Catedral de Barcelona. They walked through Las Ramblas from the Estatua de Colon and to La Boqueria market, passing many historic and hysterical places along the way!

Business & Entrepreneurship took also got their Gaudí fix with a stroll down Avenida de Gaudí.
Students also visited the famous Sant Pau hospital, learning about its importance to the city of Barcelona in the last 100 years.
